Smooth – Quick Ship beams are part of a pre-selected lineup designed for faster turnaround. While standard production typically averages 5–7 business days, Quick Ship sizes are prioritized based on availability. Shipping time depends on beam length and your location, and longer beams may ship freight. If you’re working on a remodel or commercial build-out with a tight deadline, contact us to confirm current availability before ordering.

Because beams are prepared according to your selected dimensions, returns are generally not accepted once production begins. Standard sizes are nominal and measure ½″ smaller than listed. If you’re wrapping an existing structural beam or installing over framing, it’s important to confirm interior measurements first. If anything arrives damaged during transit, notify us immediately and we’ll address it promptly.

Yes. Even though they’re part of our Quick Ship collection, you can still choose from available finish options, and custom color matching is available upon request. All stain work is hand-applied, so slight variation from sample to sample is normal. If you’re trying to coordinate with cabinetry, flooring, or trim, we recommend discussing your color goals with us before production begins to ensure the best match possible.
