While standard production generally averages 5–7 business days, Quick Ship sizes are prioritized based on availability. Shipping time depends on beam length and destination, and longer spans may require freight delivery. If you're working under a renovation deadline or coordinating with multiple trades, we recommend confirming timing with us before placing the order.

Because beams are cut and prepared according to your selected dimensions, returns are typically not accepted once production begins. Standard sizes are nominal and measure ½″ smaller than listed, which is important when wrapping existing structural elements. If you're unsure about interior dimensions or fit, reach out before ordering. If any beam arrives damaged during transit, notify us immediately so we can resolve it quickly.

The Salvaged Timber texture is designed to replicate aged lumber with visible grain variation, subtle weathering, and irregular surface detail.
