While standard production typically runs about 5–7 business days, Quick Ship beams are prioritized based on available sizes. Shipping time depends on beam length and your location, and longer spans may ship freight. If you're coordinating with a contractor or working against a deadline, contact us and we’ll confirm the most accurate timeline.

Because beams are prepared to your selected dimensions, returns are generally not accepted once production begins. Keep in mind that listed sizes are nominal and measure ½″ smaller than stated. If you’re wrapping an existing beam or covering framing, we recommend confirming measurements with us before ordering. If any product arrives damaged during shipping, notify us immediately and we’ll take care of it.
