While production typically averages 5–7 business days, Quick Ship options are prioritized based on current size availability. Shipping time will depend on beam length and your location. If you're coordinating with other trades or working toward a project deadline, contact us before ordering and we’ll confirm timing.

Because beams are cut and prepared to your selected dimensions, returns are generally not accepted once production begins. Keep in mind that standard sizes are nominal and measure ½″ smaller than listed. If you’re covering an existing structural beam or framing element, we recommend contacting us first to confirm interior sizing. Getting measurements right upfront prevents delays and unnecessary reorders.

The Reclaimed Mena texture has a more refined, linear grain pattern compared to heavier hand-hewn styles. It delivers the look of aged timber but with a slightly cleaner surface profile, making it a good fit for modern farmhouse, transitional, and light commercial interiors. It still carries subtle character marks and depth, but without the aggressive tool scoring seen in axed textures.
